I have just started taking these pills and have to say that I don't crave sugary treats, stay fuller longer, and am feeling no jitteriness, or other negative side effects! They seem to be working and I stay better controlled with what I eat when I take my dose of them each day! I am also doing The Food Lovers diet and when Robert started to talk about supplements....I couldn't take anything he had suggested due to my heart condition snd these came to mind to reduce the hunger and cravings I can get. These are doing an awesome job in controlling how much I will eat and making it that much easier to do this program and not sneak in a cookie that is too high in carbs! I would buy these again because they work! Between using these and Food Lovers program I have lost a good 10 lbs in two weeks and hoping to lose more plus I'm able to spend the time learning how to eat and how to eat it so it could last the rest of my life with just a little push from the raspberry ketones. You can't put a price on that!

This product was a complete waste of money for me. I took it for two weeks even though it made me feel like I had morning sickness for about four hours after I took it. Will have to throw it away unless there is a money back guarantee I find out about. Do not purchase this product!

All I can say is taken on an empty stomach, it causes slight queasiness which reduces hunger. In that aspect it can work with diet and exercise. However, if you are someone who snacks to settle a queasy stomach, this will have the opposite effect. I think most people with good sense know to take Dr. Oz with a grain of salt. I know no M.D. who would have you follow much of his advice. Very way overblown persona....totally commercialized. I shake my head that I actually bought this, but I figured, what the heck...nothing to lose. I checked WebMD first and there was no health risk to taking it. That credible medical website also said there is no proof it works.

After watching and listening to the Dr Oz program I decided to make this purchase and try it. I was very skeptical and hesitant to make the purchase but after reading other reviews I thought why not. I will have to submit another review after I do some more research and try the product myself. It seemed to supress my appetite for the 1st week (if that), but then I felt like usual. I'm still taking 2 a day, 30-min before meals, but it's not doing a thing for me. No weight loss. No appetite suppressant. Not imprsesed and stuck with 2 bottles. At least it was cheap!

I've used Rasberry Ketones for the last seven, maybe eight months and have used different brands. This product is as good as the more expensive brands. I use the Ketones to help prevent and burn the fat buildup. Well, I feel this has been a good tool for me trying to lose weight. You still need to exercise and try to eat right. But I feel it has helped a lot with not making me as hungry in between meals. I have lost weight and will continue to use it. It is not a miracle cure but it sure has helped me!

I was hoping for this product to work....it didnt. I followed the instructions, ate healthy and worked out. There was no increase in my weight loss from the 2 months prior to not taking this product.The delivery was fast and the product was packed w care.
