Fabulous product. Just what a need to relieve shoulder and neck pain. A very comfortable product.

Good weight to it, so it sits nicely on the shoulders. Seems well made, a soft velour fabric. Stays warm for about half an hour after microwaving for 2.5 minutes. It does feel damp when it comes out, as other reviewers have stated, which makes my neck feel damp at the back. Still unsure as to whether it am going to keep it due to this

ease my shoulder pain, very warm and lasts 30 minutes after microwaving it for 2 minutes. the lavender smell is also very nice

I like the softness and the aroma is gorgeous.It has a very calming effect. The size and length are not as the picture though, it is much shorter so its effectiveness for what i wanted is not there. Hence the 3 stars. It feels damp after microwaving but that may just be the oilsIts easy to use and not too heavy. Cannot say about leakage as i am using for first time.I would recommend it though

It was much heavier than anticipated. Too large to open out fully, on a plate in the microwave. Followed the time and microwave heatings but when took out the product was quite damp. So not able to put on my shoulders until it cooled down a bit. Was heavy on my shoulders. Think next time I will get the easier one which is much lighter and just plugs into the electric. So cannot recommend for the above reasons.

Such a brilliant product really comforting and love that it is made with natural ingredients so is ecologically friendly and the aromas you are inhaling are safe for you. Great instructions and customer service is second to none. Thank you
