Make no mistake, this is a quality product. Brass and chromed steel solid construction without an ounce of flimsy chromed plastic in sight. Just two slight problems. The design is different to that shown (the shelf has rounded ends and is held to the vertical bars by slotted metal holders, not through a hole in the shelf as shown) and it came without any assembly instructions...... nothing at all. OK, anyone with an ounce of common sense can quickly figure out how it goes together but you would have thought that a company that invested in good quality components would also have an assembly guide. At the very least a drilling template would be nice. Despite that, 4* just for the materials alone.
