I had a seed sprouter about 30 years ago that had drainage holes in it that worked well.This however, has just one drainage hole, (the bottom of each tray is corrugated), which is covered with a cap to prevent the seeds/beans clogging it.But the drainage is very intermittent so sometimes your seeds can be sitting in water.The instructions were poor - just a few pictures on the packet, with a bar code to scan and take you to ‘instructions’, which said much the same as the side of the box.Very disappointed.

I expected each plastic platform to be perforated so the water can escape and one can wash the sprouted grains.The sprouting I do is for my parrots so they need to be clean.It is useless and I cannot use it.I got carried away when I received it so threw away the box else I would have returned it.Not fit for purposes.

I've used similar sprouters but never had a drainage problem. I watched 2 of their YouTube videos to check what I was doing wrong. I was following the process correctly and still having problems. I returned it and am now enjoying using jars for my sprouting. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

Complete waste of money. Water does not drain properly. Only one drain hole in each tray that has a plastic white cover - this mostly comes off when water is added. Seeds then block the hole. When it does drain it doesn’t drain fully resulting in water sat in tray.absolute rubbish. Wish I’d kept packaging to return b
