Good Quality product.
Well made, and does what it should. I wasn't happy with all the wires coming out the back as when using standard plastic Wire connectors makes it rather bulky and as I wanted this on my front door it would have required a bigger hole drilling then unsightly wires and connectors on the back of my door. Other CCTV Doorbells just require a single transformer wire connection. Also disappointed the infra red only work at night when doorbell pushed and not when motion detected.

This is a great product, much better than other similar wifi doorbells ...
This is a great product, much better than other similar wifi doorbells I've seen. Works perfectly. Only I'm worried about the fact that you store access data on an internet server, rather than the device. However, it makes it all very easy to setup and use.

Not as described in advert some features do not exist very bad and unstable connection good picture but bad sound quality lock release feature very handy

INSTALLING INSTRUCTIONS
Instructions very unclear. How does adaptor with a red and a black wire , attach to the unit and what happens to the myriad of coloured wires @ rear ?????? How are they concealed ??? Can somebody please explain to me in simple,easy to follow/understand, instructions

Shocking customer service.
Very good product with excellent features but tricky to set up. We still haven’t been able to sort out the App for our mobile devices and have sent 4 messages to Smainhand but no reply. We have now requested Amazon to contact Smainhand on our behalf. Very frustrating.

Great product
I have had this product for one year and everything was great, unfortunately it no longer operates with i phone due to app closing down after 10 minutes. I have now connected to Android and everything working fine as app open in background.
