Best replacement ever found for sugar and as this is Arabian dates they are of very good quality and can surely replace your sugar cravings, it also has low glycemic Index and vegan in nature , a glass of milk with spoon full of cravez arabian dates powder you are good to go for a night time drink and a healthy replacement for tea and coffee

Product is good but this time powder was very coarse
Have been buying this product since months in smaller package. Because of value proposition i bought 1 kg (500 grams X2). Date power this time is very coarse hence not same quality as they have been supplying in past. Hence revising rating from 4 star to 2 stars
