First, I wish this cup was just a few ounces larger. But, I still love it. No, it is not “spill proof”; if it gets dropped, the liquid will come out the spout. But, the odds of our senior dropping his drink plummeted once he got this cup. It is easy for him to grasp the handle(s) and easy for him to set it down when he is done. The wide base on the bottom is such a help for those times when he may not get it quite flat before he sets it down. And, an unexpected plus was its light weight. Until I picked up my coffee cup and his coffee in this cup, I didn’t realize how heavy a filled glass coffee mug was for him to handle. I was a little worried he would not like the “sippy cup” design or would feel he didn’t need to use a cup like this. But, wow!! As soon as he saw it, he absolutely loved it, so my guess is he has been struggling mightily to manage regular drinking vessels and was just not letting us know how hard he was trying. This cup was a hit with our senior and has helped me feel less worried about him dropping a drink. Love it.

I purchased this cup as a last resort to help my Father , to keep him hydrated. He had Parkinson's, Dementia, Alzheimer's among other conditions. This cup was the best investment, great quality, ease in preparing beverage for Dad .The best thing of all because of the double handles he was able to drink unassisted!The clear cup gave him a visual of what was in cup and how much he had in cup.I highly recommend this cup.

I got this for my mom who was hospitalized after a fall. She has late stage lewy body dementia and after her she broke her neck and had surgery, they switched her food/drink to puree and thickened fluids only. She never was on them before so we weren't sure what to expect. I got her this cup in the hopes that she could have it on her bed tray and be able to give herself something to drink because the nursing staff wasn't getting her enough to drink and she kept having to go on IV fluids. Most days she can use it herself, some days she can't figure out how to tilt it high enough to get the liquid. That's the only issue I've observed so far. It hasn't leaked that I've seen, but cleaning it can be a little tricky with the little holes. I suggest using those pipe cleaner things for straws to clean it well. It also works great with a nectar consistency fluid, I haven't tried honey consistency yet. It doesn't come out too fast so that she chokes on it. I'm glad I found it, it does work great, I just wish my mom could use it herself more but that's not the cups fault or doing.

This two handle cup was ideal for my elderly mom with Alzheimer’s and shaky hands. It helps stabilize her hold and promote her independence.

I bought this for my mom who has difficulty drinking. I thought it was 2 cups with 2 different types of lids, but I was wrong. It seems to work well and I have had no issues with it but the straw opening, if the cup is tilts to far, it will leak all over my mom. Otherwise the cup is helping my mom with her problem and it is a sturdy cup, easy to clean and made well.

This cup is sturdy and well designed. Haven't had to clean up a single spill with this cup (regular cups were knocked over daily). It's 2 handles are a great option for those needing stability while they drink, and the flat wide bottom keeps it from easily being knocked over. The spout is a good size and not too long. Great value.

This cup is used for my husband who suffers from tremors. It works well, though at first removing the lid was a bit hard. But it didn't take long for it to become an easier task. I would recommend this cup.

Seals well but lid is extremely hard to remove.

It's great. The only downside is that the lid is extremely hard to get off, for young and old fingers.
