Excellent!
This product is amazing. I have lost over 30 pounds since the beginning of August using this product. I haven't had time to do much exercise with my schedule being so busy so I attribute my weight loss to these pills alone. They really curb my appetite and I have not had any negative side affects. I just wish that they were always available for purchase. Its driving me crazy trying to find them.

5'6" and would like to loose 10 lbs
I am almost thru a bottle And have felt no effect at all. I am 130lbs, 5'6" and would like to loose 10 lbs. I east healthy and exercse but just can't kick these 10 ls. This didnt help

I have tried a number of different Garcinia Cambogia products, and some definitely seem to be better than others. Well, this is probably one of the best ones I have tried thus far. First off, it does have 500mg of Garcinia Cambodia per capsule, which is a higher amount than other products I've tried. It also says to take 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before each meal. I took the lower dosage and still felt good throughout the day. I did forgot to take it 30 minutes before meals, though, and instead I would taking it during or after a meal usually. It did help me to slow way down on snacking throughout the day, and I definitely am not craving greasy or high carb foods while taking it. I like this product and it's one that I think I'll continue to use. I was given this product for testing purposes in exchange for my honest review.

This is a great NATURAL way to lose weight. I had been on diet medicine before but i hate having the jittery feelings. This product made me feel fine and i could deff tell by day 3 my cravings and appetite had decreased! It will make you go to the potty more frequent. So make sure you give it a test run before you get away from the house. Lost 5 lbs the first week! Cant wait to see how my results increase over the next month!

I am happy to say that I am down about 10 pounds ...
I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia for almost a month now. I meant to change my eating and working out habits, but I haven't yet. I am happy to say that I am down about 10 pounds though! now I just need to put the work in to tighten and tone my body.
