I was weary of this item once I took it out of the bag but surprisingly it actually does the job!The fabric in the inside of the top made it a little awkward to put on and I wasn't sure if it was going to fit.However, it does fit! The arm length is spot on and overall, it fits OK.The only thing I would say is odd about the top is the way the top fits at your shoulders!I would say order your true size if you want a close fit and size up if you want a looser fit - keep in mind the latter will probably allow for it to be put on more easily!The material feels durable and it does make you sweat a lot.It compresses your arms and midsection. I specifically ordered this top because I didn't want my bust to be compressed. I wouldn't wear this under another top (unless you don't mind that kind of thing).It washes well. I didn't place it in the dryer - just air dry.Overall, it's a solid top (besides the ill fitting at the shoulders) which provides me with the goal that I intended - to sweat a lot - and it's at an affordable price.

This shirt works pretty well, gets ya all sweaty. Just WOAH. The absolute worst smell from the package it came in. Definitely wash before you use

I have other sauna gear, but this is my first long-sleeved top.Now, we all know that sweating off water weight is only temporary. But the real idea behind heating up your core during exercise is that you get a more intense workout and more flexible muscles. That can translate into greater fitness gains in a shorter amount of time. That’s the idea, anyway. Think “hot yoga”.I went for a run in this and I found the interior material created a mildly uncomfortable pull on my arms. There was also (expected) bunching around the waist. I’m small, so this comes down mid-hip on me and inevitably rides up as I move. Not a big deal, but not ideal either.It washed well. No obvious signs of wear or deterioration. I used the gentle cycle with gentle detergent, of course.I did sweat quite a bit and was definitely warm. But honestly, I didn’t perceptibly sweat any more than I do with a sleeveless vest that I own, and that’s a lot more comfortable. This will be useful for me, but it’s not my first choice.

So i think to use this for my cardio workout. It does make me sweat a lot but i don’t know if i swear more with this or just a waist trimmer. I think it’s a decent purchase and worth the money though. I do like it. It’s easy to clean and fits well. I can still wear my waist trimmer under here.

It works on making you sweat but the fit is a little loose then I expected and the sleeves are little short.

I have had many sauna suits before, but the problem where they were all short sleeved. With the short sleeve water tends to drip everywhere not with this long sleeve one. I placed it on and got in the sauna that only did it help me sweat, but it absorbed a lot of the moisture. The fit is true to size and it does give some stretch, but just be careful not to over stretch. Drying the top is pretty simple. You could either hand wash the top and hang dry or put it in the dryer on tumble.

I am very pleased with this sauna suit shirt and how effortless it is to get in and out of. I have large arms and was thrilled to find the sauna suit fit over my arms with no problem. It warms up very quickly when exercising and is significantly more comfortable than anything similar I've tried to use in the past. I love it!
