GOOD QUALITY PRODUCT
Good firm consistency after blanching, didn’t break up at all. It’s quite pricy as lasagne sheets go, but if you’re just intending to use it now and then, I would highly recommend it as a good quality wheat lasagne alternative.

Suivez bien les conseils de cuisson (important, pour éviter tout dessèchement)... utilisez vos ingrédients préférés (bolognaise, sauce blanche, ou saumon, compotée de poireaux, ou coulis de tomate, confit de canard, ou ratatouille, béchamel ou à votre imagination culinaire)... et vous obtiendrez un plat délicieux "sans gluten". Aucun arrière-goût de riz... Vos convives seront conquis.Le prix sur "absolute organic" était intéressant et la livraison a été rapide (j'ai fait le stock!).

Consommateurs sans gluten, nous avons voulu essayer ces lasagnes. Le résultat a été au delà de nos espérances, excellentes, elles sont devenues un classique àla maison.
