Very comfortable for my neck. I sleep better

The pillow is very soft and cover has a silky feeling. The pillow is firm but squishes softly when you put your head on it. When sleeping I notice pillow keeps slipping above my head. I don't really like the longer arm part, it's too flat, not the same thickness as head portion. I am use to hugging a pillow so this portion is not right for me. I sleep better with longer arm part on my back and hugging a pillow. Definitely give good rating for soft firm head support. I know that's contradictory but it's like goldilocks, firmness is just right.

*UpdateI really want to love this pillow and keep it, but it makes my ear and jaw hurt! I'll try a couple more nights because I don't have shoulder pain and my hands haven't fallen asleep, but it sucks to trade one problem for another.First impression when I opened the package is that it is smaller than I expected. There is a slight odor, but it wasn't bad enough that I couldn't use the pillow on the same day I received it.I usually have to change position a few times before I even fall asleep due to arm and shoulder pain, but I got into a comfortable position and fell asleep fairly quickly. I didn't have to change position all night! No arm or shoulder pain, my hands didn't fall asleep. I did wake up with my jaw hurting a little bit once I opened and closed my mouth a few times to stretch my jaw it felt better.I'm looking forward to night two! I did decide to slip one of my regular pillow cases around it. I don't like the idea of no pillow case and this one isn't removable. I'll update after using for a while. So far I'm very happy.

Before this pillow I would wake up every day with terrible neck pain & I couldn’t turn my head completely from side to side. From the very first night sleeping on this pillow I’ve never once had neck pain again & within a few days I could totally turn my head from side to sides. Couldn’t imagine ever being without this pillow again. It did take me a few days to find my comfort zone but once I did I sleep very soundly.

the pillow case is itchy, even after several washings. not good for side sleeping, the dent it too low for a face cradle leaving your neck at an uncomfortable angle. wouldn't buy again.

I always sleep on my side and at the bottom of a normal pillow. I was sleeping bad and getting a crick in my neck from sleeping wrong. I bought a couple different pillows trying to figure out what would help. This pillow is perfect. I love it so much I was worried I’d sleep wrong on vacation so I packed it. When I’m sleeping a I roll the pillow rotates with my neck so I stay on the pillow and sleep good.

Did not like the memory foam sloppy no firmness and the outer pillow case is very silky you slip off it.

I purchased this pillow just before my second cervical spine surgery. I wish I had it before my first in 2020. A lot of pillow descriptions claim they help this way and that way, but this pillow actually worked for me. My issue was a ruptured disc, both times. The nerve was being pinched and causing numbness and pain in my left arm. I would wake up where my head would get twisted in the night while I slept and either be in excruciating pain or not able to feel my whole arm. This pillow really helps hold your head in place and keeps your neck vertebrae aligned. It’s not a cure-all, but it really helped with my pain before surgery. Then after surgery, while I healed, it was again wonderful because it kept my head and neck aligned like they should be, even in a neck brace. You can lay on your back or sides with this pillow. I even laid on my stomach some when I got tired of other positions.My second surgery was 4 months ago now, and I still like to use this pillow, even though I can use a regular pillow again. It really is comfortable.

Apenas la tengo usando una semana y es increíble los resultados que he visto. Je crois qu’on devrais nous dire un peu plus sur la grosseur de l’oreiller seul chose ça empêche de tourner un peu moins dans le lit et bon pour le coup mais juste sur le dos sur le côté un peu haut

Not what expected. The pillow is hot and the place where your neck rests is not high enough. It just felt like a regular pillow. I returned it immediately.
