I'm anemic so it affects my body temperature & I am just always naturally cold all the time. This electric heating blanket is a life saver. Not only is the fabric extremely , snuggly & soft, the warmth of the blanket makes it just that much more comfortable. This is a staple in my house. My husband always keeps the house between 68-70 degrees year round. Just as I am naturally cold all the time, he is always naturally hot all the time. Because my house is always an "icebox", I've been using this almost weekly. It warms up so fast, and it even has a timer option so that you don't fall asleep with the electric blanket on without supervision. I love that it has that safety option. I highly recommend this, especially for late fall, all through winter & it's even ideal for those early, cold, spring mornings. This will be great for our cold season camping trips. 5 Stars for sure.

I ordered this Reaks Heated Electric Blanket for use on cool nights in front of the TV.This blanket heats up quickly. It has different temperature settings so that it remains comfortable in differing air temperatures. The auto shutoff is a valuable function if you're prone to falling asleep while watching TV. The longest dimension of this blanket is 5 feet. Chances are good that your feet are going to poke out of the bottom unless you scrunch up a bit; this blanket would be better if it were just a bit larger in the longest dimension. The blanket is soft and comfortable against the skin.The manufacturer states that this blanket (once the power cord and control unit are removed) is machine washable. I haven't tried that yet (it's too warm to use this blanket for anything other than testing its operation) but I will most likely hand wash once the blanket needs cleaning.

The material this blanket is made of is extremely soft on both sides, though different. One side is sherpa and the other is like corduroy velvet. The heating elements heat up quickly and are easily controlled with the settings. Good electric blanket for the price.

Not as big as I had hoped, but that's not why I deducted a star. Blanket was not as soft as I had hoped it would be. Gets warm pretty fast, and washes easily.

This electric throw is cozy and heats up almost instantly. There’s also a three-hour auto shut-off, which I always appreciate. I think the quality is similar to what you’d find in a closeout store/very average quality. Overall, I like the heating and microfiber Sherpa texture (it hasn’t pilled yet) and look forward to using it this fall.

This is a lightweight and restful electric blanket. It covers your lap while your relaxing on the sofa. It warms up rapidly and keeps you comfy. The Sherpa seems a bit thin. The blanket is easy to care for. The brown color is great for fall and winter. This is a pleasant throw.

I really love this blanket. The settings are perfect, it is super soft, and I love that the cord is detachable. The only reason it isn't getting full stars is a three hour timer is just too short for me.

Im not usually a fan of sherpa: sometimes if you're not careful and either bits of dirt, food, you name it, and it's like all of that dgrossness grows up with you hahaha. It's disgusting! But this one doesn't have thay kind of sticky & strange quality. It's warm, soft, and really nice to cuddle with even without the heat on. WITH the heat on its even better!
