Everdure by Heston Blumenthal Mobile Prep Kitchen Graphite, 40-Inch, HBPK

I purchased this back in July of 2021 and I must say I love it. I have it on my deck and use it for when I don't want to prep or cook in doors. It is, IMO, extremely well made has again IMO everything one would want for prepping food outdoors to include a waste basket, knives holders and containers to put chopped items. I also place my portable induction stove top on it when cooking outside. It also has storage space and a towel rack . It was very easy to assemble as I only had to put the wheels on. I did buy the cover and it fits perfectly. Like I said I am very impressed with the attention to detail and would strongly recommend it.

I ended up returning this and having to contact Amazon because the seller never refunded it.I wanted to love this product. It was really expensive so thought the quality would be there. It came broken and the metal was flimsy. I put it together anyway, in hopes I could fix the broken pieces but every step I put together something else was broken and by the time it was all put together I realized it was too broken to keep.

When I purchased this item, I was hopeful that it would be a good quality and well made item. Certainly that is what should be expected for the price. Upon unpacking and assembly I was VERY disappointed. The packing system was good, but there were multiple issues that came from poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail at the factory. The sheet metal for locator pins that were factory installed was bent and misaligned. The locator pins in the instructions had been substituted for with sheet metal screws at the factory. On the front door of the cabinet, one door was misaligned due to a broken hinge that had been improperly placed in an effort to hide that broken hardware was being used. There were also a couple of small dents from mishandling of the sheet metal. Overall this is a nice unit but the producing factory is not paying attention to quality. I was able to fix most of the problems, but should not have to put in that extra effort given what this item costs. Shop around before you buy this.

this is perfect - used first time yesterday and it made life so much easiernothing like it aroundonly negative is the unit is a little too small - bbq tools do not fit on door due to size (too long)
