You truly don't need to use much of this product to get great results. I use it as moisturizer and primer. Absorbs well and gives you a glow up under your foundation or just use with a little concealer. I'd use it too by mixing with foundation for a lighter foundation with an extra boost of SPF. BRING ON SUMMER!

I bought this specific sunscreen because it was one of the highest rated safe sunscreens listed on ewg.org for not having toxic chemicals. The lotion has a slight tint to it but not enough to really even out my skin tone. It has really fine almost “sparkles” in it that gives the skin a “glow”. My biggest issue is how sticky it is - like ALL day, even once it dries. My face looks really pale after applying it so I like to brush on some bare minerals powder to give me some color - however the powder sticks to my skin and it’s really hard to evenly brush out because the moisturizer is so sticky. I don’t think I’ll be buying again if I can find another lotion that’s just as safe but less sticky. It’s also quite expensive.

This is an okay moisturizer but it is not an effective sunscreen. I don’t know how the manufacturer gets away with the 45 SPF; I use this liberally plus I wear hats in the sun and I’m getting a tan using this product. It gives a greasy appearance, which I would overlook if it protected my skin from the sun, and it is handy to have both products in one, but only if both products do their jobs. The recent 42 percent price increase is a surprise, given the low marks from users. It’s now a dangerously ineffective sunscreen that’s not worth the cost..

I love this product, it is very similar to the face lotion besides it being a bit thicker and a little pigmented. It has lasted me all summer, and I awesome probably at least one or two more!

Prefacing this Juice Beauty ("JB") review by saying I'm a die-hard EltaMD fan of their version of face lotion/sunscreen -- which goes on so silky and blends pretty well. I was just curious after 4 years on EltaMD about other brands for women in my age range (I'm 61 and started using SPSF in my 30s). After reading multiple online reviews about "top rated face products for women 50-60", Juice Beauty kept popping up.I started my test by purchasing this moisturizer/sunscreen and something for that crazy neck area (you know what I mean ladies). So far, JB moisturizer is similar to others with that SPF ingredient that can be tough to blend in until it disappears -- you have to apply lightly and when it starts to dry/streak, start pressing or pushing it in on the spot, otherwise over-blending doesn't melt it in. I can live with the JB lotion. The neck lotion/serum is in my other review for that purchase -- and it's dreamy, it feels like it's working. As always, letting moisturizer with SPF dry for a fair amount of time, like 15 minutes, is a must. Same with this JB product.

This product gives you a healthy glow, moisturizes, and at the same time protects your skin.
