Review after 20 days of usage:Overall good product by Samsung meeting all the needs with the most advanced features. Curd maestro is a master stroke and biggest differentiator makes perfect curd, other advanced feature performance is also good like 5 in 1 mode, convertible option, Twin cooling, cool pad, deodorizer, door alarm etc.. Strongly recommend it.The only concern while purchasing online is damage during transportation. In the first delivery attempt received damage and dented piece which I refuses to take and well supported by Amazon replacing it very next day. Thanks.

Overall nice product, looks and space is very nice. However it makes little noise when the freezer is On.Curd maestro feature is awesome and converting function does great job.

The media could not be loaded. When I look my fridge today got a hit damage from front right side lower Panel. It may be damage due to transportation.

This is a good choice under this price range. The curd master did not seem to be much useful in the begging but later it seem to be an unavoidable option. The convertible option is very much useful when there is space crunch. The temperature control over the panel helps to customise the temperature depending on the content we store. Needless to say about the cooling speed, I was able to freeze my juice to ice in 20 min with 15 degree Celsius set for freezer. No cons until today except the absence of light for freezer but it doesn't matter much as it is necessary only in the dark and you can still open the main door to glow it out.

Received defective product. I exchanged my working condition fridge during delivery of the new fridge. The instation team cinfirmed the fridge is defective. Now its 6 days and I need to wait 2 more days yo get a confirmation about replacemnt, and replacement may take 10 more days like it took for delivery.Well, I can say if you are unlucky to reveive a defective product..it rakes many days to get settled with slow customer service. Inagine I have no fridge for 6 days now after buying a new one. It may take 10 15 days more to get a repkacement if they approve a replacement within next 2days.Terrible customer service.Part 2Received the replacemnt refrigerater. Samsung team did not show up for two days for installation. I had to schedule instalation service and call samsung to get it installed on 3rd day after delivery.SO, BUY THIS FRIDGE IF YOU TRUST YOUR LUCK.IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG IT WILL TAKE 20 DAYS AND HOURS OF CALL TO AMAZON AND SAMSUNG TO GET SETTLED.

I have purchased this refrigerator since I have storage issue with my old refrigerator. My earlier refrigerator is also Samsung make and I must say after use of 10 years I have no complaints till I have exchanged my old refrigerator. Very good quality of products from Samsung. PackingReceived product with minor dents on front and side. This is due to poor packing by the company. Product of this size should have a solid packing. Replacement is a headache of such big products.StorageGood storage capacity for a family of 3-4 members max. It has a big vegetable box. Its movable ice maker gives flexibility for plenty of space in freezer. Con - There is no bottle holder tray at the bottom due to big vegetable box.Curd MaestroI have tried curd maestro technology and curd made out of it is thick and consistent. Con - The curd box takes 1/3rd space of that particular shelf.Temperature ControlGood thing is that it has temperature control outside with which temperature can be adjusted without opening it. Freezer to fridge conversion and other modes are very useful.StylingThe product looks beautiful in dark grey/black colour. It has decent size, not too big not small, which fits easily.Overall a very good product for this price range.

Excellent product. This is my second Samsung refrigerator, after the first one served us flawlessly for 15 years. Curd maestro is a great feature added and we are really enjoying it. However, the delivery guys have cheated us by serving a defective/broken piece, Amazon customer care was absolutely clueless and denied to help, the old fridge was taken and they declined to either replace or return nor did they agree to repair the damaged product. I had to finally fixed by Samsung service by paying my own money. Never buy things from Amazon, if you want service.
