While Checking Reviews in Flipkart and Amazon, i found that, there are lot of customers, blamed this product due to POOR BATTERY BACKUP issue. When i received the product, I was also faced the same thing ! However, i am not angry. After several searces, i found the SOLUTION and solved the battery issue myself. The below method may be useful to other fellow amazon customers those who are worrying about it ! I applied below methods and battery issue solved. I am not sure which method is worked out for me ! You may also please try yourself. SOLUTION : METHOD:1: To enter or exit Ship mode: Connect your product to a charger. On the top of your product, press and hold the Play/Pause button for at least 15 seconds. While continuing to hold the Play/Pausebutton, unplug the charger Release the Play/Pause button. Now,connect your product to a charger. Now, this product is Exiting Ship Mode. METHOD:2:Resetting the sound bar can help clear any glitches and restore proper function1) Turn off the Sound Bar 2) Press and Hold Power Button along Volume Down Button upto 15 Seconds 3) Release from Holding 4) Reconnect and Power On. METHOD:3: Try a different charger. I used Original Motorola Mobile Charger. After applying the above solution, now, battery Backup increased from 1 Hour in to 8 Hours with 80% sound. Patience will lead to Happy :)

I purchased this product on 24th May 2025 and recieved on 25th. I checked it for 2 days and battery backup couldn't work for more than 1hr in full charge. I talked to Amazon customer care and they referred me to govo Cust care and said it cannot be replaced by their End. I contacted them, they asked me to mail everything and will get back to me but no one did. I have been waiting and using it indoor with charging cable. I am disappointed with the cust care

I've purchased this soundbat in Feb and the sound is just awesome ,porlly it is the most value for money and best sounding bar in it's price range .

First impression - 101 / 100The best @ 1199/-Quality ABS.Nice buttons & mesh.Its actually 25w but feels like 50w+ sooo powerful & clear drivers. Really impressed.Treble 100Bass 75Led excellent.Overall 11 / 10.Edit4 hours full charge1 hour playback.Disappointed 100

I hv used this product for a month and the sound quality is the best at this price point.And the RGB of this soundbar is best in the sunlight also.But the playback time of the battery is not much good, otherwise all things r good in this soundbar.

ye Sound muje damaged mila tha. Aur jeb mene GOVO support me co. Kiya tab unhone 10 din liya ise replacement me lene ke liya uske baad 1 month me muje ye repair hoke mila new nahi mila ... Is that what we got from a good company this not a good survice. Muje 1 month tak roj call kerna pada inke consumer support me aur inka reply same hota har bar kal hoga kal hoga dimag kharab ho gaya worst support and wrost experience. And worst product quality also. Don't buy it . Isse acha koi achii company se le jese boat aur Zebronics or any. But don't buy from GOVO.
