I am not sure how effective it is or if it’s just placebo but if it works at least it doesn’t taste bad?

I love the taste - it is deeply nutty and a bit coffee-like, with sweet undertones. Of course the schisandra flavour as well, but it isn't invasive (like pure schisandra haha). I microdose it because of how potent it is and Im quite sensitive. This mostly means this bottle will last me a long time :) Increases alertness. Seems to help balance hormones, I tried a lot of natural things for this already - and was positively impressed (I'm in peri-menopause). It did take me about one month (women: one full hormonal cycle) to begin to notice the difference. Do not take too much if you have trouble sleeping ;)

i can't give an opinion on the brilliance of the product as i don't use it myself but the packaging came intack and the bottle is plastic so recyclable and the dropper in side great
