This product is a waste of money. I does not form to our teeth when heated as it should. When trying to heat it a second time it goes back to its original form. Junk!

This mouth guard is a waste of money. It is very flimsy and doesn't keep the lower jaw from retracting at all.

Product is a little bulky to get use to and as some other comments have mentioned it does not positively hold the jaws. To me, it is more comfortable than the mouthpiece that was fitted by the dentist and used rubber bands for forward retention of the jaw. However unlike that one, this does not positively snap onto the teeth so the jaws can separate from it during sleep, possibly defeating the purpose. The material it is made of molds fairly easily and remains soft afterwards making it comfortable in the mouth even if slightly bulky. My biggest drawback to this mouthpiece is it makes be salivate a lot. This may subside as I get more used to it. The biggest positive and the BOTTOM LINE is it worked - Wife said it completely stopped my snoring the first two nights and had only a slight re-occurrence the third; which may have been due to the above mention ability of the jaw to drop out. Once I re-positioned, the snoring quit the rest of the night.

Disliked that fact that it doesn't pull the lower jaw forward.
