Cable has Great quality, Works as Expected
Was using an adapter to go from display port on computer to hdmi on TV. Was not working. Thought computer display port was bad. Cable was last resort before contacting support and resetting computer. Cable worked. Glad I Don't have to reset computer!

Definitely works at 2K@144Hz and 4K@120Hz
Thus far, I can wholeheartedly recommend this cable if you need to support a 4K screen at 120 Hz and a 2K screen at 144hz. Full disclosure, I do not know what this cable can I have screenshots of my settings using a Radeon 7900XT GPU pushing a $4K 80" class TV on a home theater.PROS:- The length if you need it. I got the 15 ft variety, and it works.- 4K and 2K specs are real.CONS:- None that I can find yet.Definitely a 5 star item. This is a "fresh out the box" review. I've only had this for less than 30 days, so I can not speak to its longevity. If I do not come back to this review, then it lasted a year. If it doesn't, then I will definitely update the review with a word on its durability.

Cable Overheats
Cable gets extremely hot and display flickers on and off after only 1hr of using. I am returning cable as this is a safety hazard.

4K 120hz 10bpc RGB 4:4:4 capable BUT...
The only adapter that can do 4K 120hz 12bpc RGB 4:4:4 is the CalDigit Active Adapter. This is the first DisplayPort to HDMI cable that can do close to the same thing (4K 120hz 10bpc RGB 4:4:4), without needing an adapter as well.BUT I took a star off because this cable runs HOT. I cannot speak to the longevity of the cable operating at such temperatures for extended periods of time, but it's incredibly hot to touch. I am returning it since the CalDigit Active Adapter supports 12bpc RGB 4:4:4 and does not get hot. When testing with my 7900 XTX under Windows 11, this cable CAN provide 4k@120Hz under the following four color depths/pixel formats:8bpc/10bpc/12 bpc YCbCr 4:2:08bpc/10bpc YCbCr 4:2:2 (It CANNOT provide 12bpc YCbCr 4:2:2)8bpc/10bpc YCbCr 4:4:4 (It CANNOT provide 12bpc YCbCr 4:4:4)8bpc/10bpc RGB 4:4:4 (Full RGB)8bpc/10bpc RGB 4:4:4 (Limited RGB)It CANNOT provide 12 bpc RGB 4:4:4 in either Full RGB nor Limited RGB.For most people 10bpc is completely sufficient. If you require 12bpc, your only compatible pixel format option with this cable is YCbCr 4:2:0. Or, again, you can use the CalDigit active adapter, which runs cool and does 4K 120hz 12bpc RGB 4:4:4.

High refresh rate capable hdmi
if you need hdmi and cannot do dp, then this is the only way to get high refresh rates out of your monitors. Still limited in terms of color depth, but that may be due to the hdmi limitations not being competitive with dp.

Max 100Hz Refresh on 2k ultrawide. Bought 4, one was DOA.
On a Radeon 6900XT, using DP to DP or HDMI to HDMI, I get 166hz on 34" ultrawide Asus gaming monitors. Using these cables, the best refresh rate in display settings is only 100hz.This cable IS NOT HDR certified and at higher resolutions and refresh rates (anything beyond 60Hz) it pushes color depth to 8 bit and SDR dynamic range. They work well if you absolutely NEED to use them to share a display between 2 systems and if I didn't need a DP to HDMI cable for work, I wouldn't buy them. If the cables die, I probably won't buy UANTIN replacements.
