This pillow is great!! It is slightly firm, but with enough give that it is quite comfortable. (I prefer very soft pillows.) The best part is the cooling factor; it doesn't hold onto heat like other pillows, and if I flip it over in the middle of the night, it's nice and cool! It did take a good 20-30 minutes to fluff up after unpacking, but that wasn't a problem. I also appreciated the nice pillow case it came in. In fact, this pillow is so nice that my husband now demands I order one for him!!! Great purchase; I will definitely be buying another!

I love this pillow!! I have had it for a few months now. I didn't realize how much I needed it until I went on a trip and the entire time I was wishing to be home again so lay on this. Yes it comes rolled up. Put in the dryer with a dryer sheet for 15 minutes and it fluffs right up. If it gets to flat again just put another 15 minutes its easy!

It takes a while to fluff up after you unbox it, but it’s unbelievably comfortable. So soft and it conforms to your head very well. I wish it were a little firmer, but other that that I have no complaints. It’s easily the best pillow I have.

I absolutely love my new pillow! It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. My daughter has one and I thought I’d try one even though I have used a cervical pillow for years. Now I want everyone in my family to have one!

The pillow is well-constructed and provides good coolness. Its' trade-off is that it doesn't provide as much loft and support my shredded memory foam pillow did. But I'll take the coolness over the stuffiness of my shredded pillow.

I'm a side-sleeper. I really like these guys. Mainly, the flip-a-bility during the night. They restore themselves if the cushion goes down. The washable part is nice, too. I'll get more when needed.

used for sleep comfort but compressed to hard like a brick

I wish it could be more able to travel (better bag to travel with it over and over in a compact bag).
