TLDR if you can relax on your back and enjoy it, this "pillow" would likely make it even better.It provides orthopedic support (short-term, do not sleep on it!), so that when you lay down and relax the body (use slow exhales, scan the body, remember practices like yoga, taichi etc.), the feeling in the neck is... pleasant. Features like "pain relief, range of motion, support" are vaguely determined and are highly subjective so I cannot rate them.The competitive models on Amazon have more pronounced bumps which may additionally provide point pressure and relax the rear neck muscles. But I am already quite happy with this one.

I purchased this to help loosen a pinched nerve but boy is this thing hard as a rock. You can’t use it for long or it will cause damage. It may be suitable for someone else with other conditions but it just doesn’t do much for me. A rolled up towel under the neck is better.

Was in a car accident 35+ years ago and cracked the windshield with my head (before seatbelts were mandatory). My neck is paying the price and I get regular atlas adjustments but was still having tightness and stiffness between adjustments. This definitely helps stretch my neck and relieves the tingling that I get in my arm. I feel much better between adjustments and so far have been holding them longer. My chiropractor said to just use a rolled up towel but I think this is more effective and easy to clean.

Ok, this isn’t a super comfortable product BUT when my neck is messed up it does bring some relief. Not sure what I’d want to change to make it perfect but I have bought several neck pillows and this one is the best so far.

I have used this twice over a months time span. The neck and shoulder pain from stress plagued me. Realizing that it works just dauned on me. After the first use there was aching in the neck/shoulder region. I had no problems after the second use. When used for about 5 minutes at a time. For travel it takes about the same space as a pair of tennis shoes. It really worked for me.

I bought it for all the reviews I have seen on it. It was ok and I have not used it much as I did not find it helping my neck much.
