Sturdy
It is a simple, yet effective design. The only thing I would like to have seen different is the cutoff section. It is difficult to cut the ticket unless you pre bend.

Not well packaged, but perfect for holding small thermal label rolls
Arrived with beat up packaging and with the crossbar for holding spools just loose in the shipping box. The product itself is pretty decent and works perfectly for holding spools of small thermal labels (40-50mm in width) and the crossbar is small enough to hold small rolls with .5" diameter centers (such as Phomemo brand), unlike normal label holders that only work with 1" center rolls.

Does what it's supposed to
I purchased this for a trade show to put our tickets so that it would match with the Tumblr that I got here. It was very easy to put the tickets on it and it was helpful as we were dispensing the ticket in our booth. I'm satisfied with my purchase and would recommend.

A touch of class for my event
It looks great and operates easily and smoothly. I just wish it came in chrome and packed down a little smaller among my booth supplies.
