comfortable and cancels noise so well!
Ive been using them for a couple months now and have to say that they are so much better than the foam ear plugs! I can comfortably wear them to bed without waking up and them bothering me like the foam ones. The little case is a bonus because where else are you going to store them lol!

More comfortable than foam or non-conforming silicone earplugs
Item: "PQ Silicone Gel Wax Ear Plugs - 16 Earplugs Noise Canceling Waterproof Earplugs for Swimming and Sleeping, Noise Reduction Ear Protection, Sound Blocking Level 32Db (16 Pillows) Off-White"~I haven't had this type of earplug before. I've used plenty of silicone ones that keep their shape, and I used to use foam ones before that.In comparison, these are definitely more comfortable. There are no ridges like on the silicone ones that hold their shape, which for me is a mild irritation that can leave indentations / sore spots inside my ears if I keep them in for an extended period of time. And they don't have the slight noise from the constant shifting / shape-adjusting like the foam ones, plus they fit much better to my ear shape (I stopped using the foam ones a long time ago because for me, they just aren't very good). They block sound out quite well. But I think I may be inserting them deeper than I'm supposed to, to get that effect. The instructions say to only cover the outer ear, and not to insert them into the ear canal. I'm pretty sure they're going at least a little bit into my ear canal, but I'm not sure how to not do that, while also pressing them against my ear firmly enough to form a seal. It doesn't seem to be a problem, though, so I'm not sure why I'm not supposed to do that (maybe to not get earwax on them? but it's not like your outer ears are 100% clean at all times). One thing I'm not sure about is hygiene. They're basically like putty, so there's no surface layer that you can easily clean off each time. They pick up bits of lint and dust, and can be rolled around and reshaped such that what was the outer layer ends up on the inside, so then the fuzz or whatever else is inside too. So they probably need to be replaced more regularly, like foam ones, rather than lasting for a very long time like non-moldable silicone ones. I did try washing them off, and some stuff stays stuck on even if I don't change their shape between taking them out and rinsing them off. They come with two small hard shell cases each containing a pair, and the rest of the pairs are in a single disposable plastic case. All but one of the pairs are clear; the last one looks like it's meant to match very light colored skin.I'm not actually sure what the point of having a bunch of separate pairs is, given that you can split one in half or squish two together. It could've just as easily come as a single roll or ball of silicone putty.I haven't tested them to see how well they keep water out. I like to clean the inside of my ears out while I'm taking a shower, so I don't want to use them when I'm doing that, and I pretty much never go swimming, so there's not really a situation where that would be useful for me.I haven't tried sleeping with them, but I did lie down for a little while and switched around between lying on my side and my stomach, to sort of simulate changing sides in my sleep, and they stayed in fine and were comfortable.

These really work!
I've used the foam plugs and found these to be much better at staying in as well as noise cancelling.

Silicone Wax Ear Plugs
I used these recently to block out sound. I would not call them complete noise cancelling but they do drown out the sound quite a bit. I'm definitely used to foam plugs so this honestly felt pretty weird. It's kind of a feeling of warm and soft silly putty. I had a hard time fitting the wax in to my ear enough to be comfortable. While I personally don't love these for sleep because I don't find them completely comfortable, I do think I will try them for swimming in the summer as I get water in my ear often and it is painful. They fit in well so I can see that it shouldn't be an issue keeping water out.

They are comfortable & I don’t hear noise.
I moved into an apartment, haven’t lived in an apartment since 1962. There is noise here from barking dogs, street noise etc. I’m used to silent nights. Lived in the woods, no houses or noise. The earplugs are perfect. They mold into my ears & stay there all night.

Comfortable ear plugs
First time I have ever tried silicone wax style ear plugs and I must say I really like them. I still prefer foam ones for sound dampening overall, but these are a really nice option. I use earplugs at work and at home when sleeping so I have tried a variety over the years. These are very customizable and made to fit for anyones ears with ease. Roll them to warm them and press to fit. Extremely comfortable to wear as they cover more than they insert and also don't stick out. Great for travel as they come with a case as well.
