Around the back you have elastic, with two metal toggles to attach the elastic to the mask.So the item arrvied and in the fridge it went. Quick prompt delivery but poor product with no instructions very disappointed

I only bought them to try. Since I have trouble with my eyes from over use for myself they could be much larger and thicker. As is they are useless for me.
