Leak proof
I Work for an airline. Lots of up and down and pressure changes. As long as the rubber gasket is in place it is totally leak proof. I didn't realize it had come off during a handwash and it leaked everywhere. (Which could happen to any beverage container)I contacted the company and they immediately sent me replacements. Excellent customer service

Great for coffee on the go. Doesn’t leak when stored in backpack or stored on its side. Lock also easy to use and works well. Had an issue with seal, but customer service quickly resolved it

Love SLM!
I am a huge fan of SLM products. I have several of their products and am happy with all of them. I think they are comparable to Yeti but at a fraction of the cost. This mug has a nice locking mechanism to minimize the chance of spilling. It also keeps hot liquids hot for hours. It is difficult to clean because the opening is too small for a dish wand but ultimately not a big deal. I recommend this product 100%.

Happy with purchase
This is a perfect size and lid doesn't flop down when you take a drink. Daughter liked it so much, she took it over - will have to buy another one.
