Quality shower down pipe
Pipe is heavy with a very nice chrome finish. Threads are clean and tighten properly.The Escutcheon has a very nice simple feature that all others should have and that’s a rubber o ring inside to keep it up tight to the ceiling opening. This keeps it from falling down.

Nice replacement
My old shower neck had seen better days and was corroding pretty bad. Bought this at the same time I purchased a new Moen shower head. Color was spot on match. Easy to install and looks great.

the pipe is thickness is a plus and sturdier than the pipe it replaced.

Sturdy
Product is sturdy it didn't scratch when I used a wrench to tighten it. Picture is deceiving because it looks like a shower head will be elevated above the hole in the wall but it's actually even with the hole. Unfortunately I want an elevated shower head because it's so close to my head like 2 I need it raised.

Prefect size
The size is precisely what I needed to attach to the hand shower and the round cover on the extension has a rubber suction , which is awesome you don’t need to silicone to the wall.
