I didnt get it for free not am I being paid or compensated in any way to write this.I actually suffer from many autoimmune diseases/issues and their symptoms. In the not too distant past the doctors put me on a steroid that I had been on long ago but this time I had some kind of allergic reaction on top of steadily gaining @ 30lbs following the 10day (cut short due to reaction) treatment..and I also broke out in a bad case of shingles. Long story short: i was a mess..and a suddenly overweight mess at that.Among other contributing factors from all this, I think the additional weight on my small frame caused an increase in the severity of my chronic pain.I previously had one of those "as seen on tv" neoprene tummy wraps which did cause a lot of sweating underneath it but with the added support for my back. But "one size fits all" really didn't compliment my smaller build and i had to make adjustmente with velcro just to make it fit snug enough to feel good.THIS product however has size options. And while according to my new, and rather disproportionate measurments, the size chart wasn't all too helpful for me but I knew my build well enough to order a small regardless. And the fit is GREAT.The main wider piece wraps around and sticks with a full width of velcro so I can make it more snug when I want or more loose when I need. But then these added stretchy belts on either side that pull out and stick to the front for additional snugness and support are just amazing!It's not some weird length or shape; it fits from just under my bust to right on or above my hips (which is fantastic for another "problem area" of mine similar to "love handles").I would recommend this to at least two groups of people: those trying to slim down/firm up their midsection (the sweating under the wrap is a GOOD thing!), and anyone suffering any kind of chronic pain issues. This has truly been a Godsend.I haven't gotten to wear it as much as I want to...but I most definitely will be. It seems well constructed and durable without sacrificing comfort. I use a blend of essential oils in a Jojoba base on my skin underneath it for some added benefits.But all in all, the product itself is totally worth it. And the price for what you're getting--you can't beat it. I could go on but I'll spare you ..if you came looking for something like this or are at all, even in the slightest bit interested...give it a try. I highly doubt you will be disappointed (other than the disappointment in yourself for not finding it sooner!)I will come back and post "before and after" pics after a couple months and before that hopefully a review & "how to" type video on what/how I do.. Make sure to measure before order. Fine fits perfect but I almost wish I would’ve paid attention n might have ordered a size bigger so the over lap areas would cinch more.Very comfortable to workout in. Does the sweat job. Easy to wash.

This waist shaper is pretty good. I like how easy it is to put on & how secure it is after putting it on! It's a bit small on me but because of how much material is used I can easily still use it! I don't like the fact that the more tighter part is in the waist so if you like that, then it is perfect. I prefer for my shapers to be tight all over because I got this for exercise purposes and not for "fashion".

I decided that I needed something to help increase the sweat in my middle when exercising. My daughter had one and highly recommended it. It’s amazing how much you sweat with this waist trimmer on. I love how sturdy and supportive it . Great investment!

The band is kind of bulky but support is good. They run large in side. I got a medium and the Velcro went past the catch.

I have ordered and had many other people order just to try it. Great for work outs, postpartum or lifting heavy things at your job. I love how the added straps are adjustable. This one is really one of the best ones on here. Trust I've ordered plenty versions. I'm writing this review after 4 months use. No need to size up because it's gets wider to wrap if you lose weight.

Fits me perfectly. I got a size small I’m a size 25 waist and I’m 5 foot three 120 pounds. I don’t sinch it all the way in because it gets really tight. After one week of use without working out, I noticed my figure more toned and when I use it working out, I am snatched

I've only owed this for a day... but I'm in love already. I'd say the sweet sweat belt.. without the oil.. I'd already be sweating. This mermaid one doesn't make me sweat as much or as fast...but I prefer that because it's more comfortable to wear and I feel like I could wear this for longer periods. Personally, I'm 2 1/2 years post partum and I still have people asking me, "so when are you due?" Because my baby belly did not go away. So I'm hoping to wear this all day at work to hopefully shrink my belly and improve my posture. I've been working out a lot lately and I have a desk job.. I also have an incredibly bad back. So I'm excited to see how this works for me when I'm on the treadmill.. will I sweat as much as I would with sweet sweat? I don't know...but regardless if I do or don't.. I'd still wear this every day to work because it's comfortable, very supportive and snatches my tummy right in.As a side bonus.. they give you two little fabric hanger pieces. I assume so that you can hang it on a hanger to dry. I usually cut those off my clothes immediately, but if you like that.. they have that.Con:For me, and probably me alone.. the only con is that it's still too short for my torso.. I know most girls were saying it's too long.. but I don't share that complaint. It has more coverage than sweet sweat.. but still doesn't cover my torso.. which causes fat to bulge up or down depending on where I put it.

I was looking for a waste trimmer for sweating and posture. This is actually more than I expected. Easy to put on and extremely well made. It doesn't move and the extra 1/2 belt cinches your waist even more. I wore it under some clothes and went about my day and loved how it looked and felt.
