Nice, but small
I was in between sizes, so I got my normal size (L) and it's way too tight. Giving it 4 stars for that, and for the fact that while it does offer protection, I wouldn't want to play full contact lacrosse with these. Not enough protection for that. That said, they are lightweight, offer fairly good protection, and will suit my personal non-lacrosse needs once I exchange them for a larger size. They do offer a lot more protection than many elbow sleeves that limit padding to just a small area around the elbow point. The other reason for 4 stars is because I think the price is rather high for the amount of protection. I'm considering $80 vs. $20 for regular padded elbow sleeves. I don't think these are 4x better. So check the size chart, consider going one size up, and don't expect enough protection to go into battle with these.

Comfortable, lightweight, easy to move arms in
From a comfort perspective I would say 5 stars. I am giving them 4 stars because I am worried they may not protect as well. My son plays Lacrosse and these seem to have a little less padding than the last set. Most of the arm pads have a hard shell around the elbow for when they get hit with the sticks. See the pictures for examples of his old white ones vs. these new black ones. These do not have that extra hard protection. However, because they don’t have the extra hard protection they are lighter weight and more comfortable. He likes that he has more mobility to move his arms. I just hope they offer the same protection on big hits. They are easier to put on because they don’t have any extra straps which he likes. Also there is no Velcro on these so they don’t stick to your jersey like the other ones.

I like them, but go a size up
I've not much negative to say but that it runs a bit small, so just size up. I have about 13" biceps and an L fits perfect, not overly loose or tight. The fabric is thin and breathable. Vent holes actually emerge when you bend your elbow to reveal them, during intense games these won;'t be too constricting or overly warm. The foam feels robust, I even threw some elbows at my wall, no pain! I am confident in it's protective abilities. These cover your elbows and quite a bit of your forearm, big plus on it's coverage. Maybe a bit expensive though

I fell and didn't get hurt
I got this product and other gear to use while I learn how you ride a hover board that was given to me as a present. Sure enough I fell off the thing and landed on my elbow. The big nubs helped cushion my arm and elbow. My only complaint about this product is the price, it does seem a little high to me.

Light and flexible.
Wear for playing lacrosse and can take some hard stick checks with little or no feel which is great specially with the size and flexibility which is great for movement. Pads stay putt fairly well which eliminates having to keep adjusting them on your arm even when dodging and shooting as with traditional arm pads. These run a little smaller in size than standard arm pads so look at ordering a size up and sometimes a struggle putting on during rainy or wet weather but hold great. an adjustable strap at the top would make it more secure such as with the ECD Echo pads.

Comfortable
These are pretty light weight and comfortable for the most part. The sizing is pretty accurate, they are easy to put one, I so wish they offered just a tad more protection. I do wish the material was a little thicker too since I am not to sure on its durability.

Comfortable
Arrives as a separate pair, one for each arm and properly labeled. The size chart said large for my measurements. I decided to go one size up because I was going to get these for a different sport--karting. The track is brand new but it is extremely rough and the body gets beat up. The extra large was perfect size for me and wasn't uncomfortable after being worn on my arm. (about 45m while unwinding from work.) The real test is less than 10hrs from this writing, in the heat and with my gear on. My arm is already bruised (see pic) from last week's activities at this particular track. The fit of this unit covers the bruises with the built in padding and doesn't feed any negative thoughts when bending the arm. There's padding in the front and other places that will protect the wearer from flying lacrosse sticks too. Price to value ratio. My opinion is they are a bit pricey, but on the other hand most specialized items are pricey. Will leave the rating as is for now and change if needed after usage.Update - Ran two races today on that bumpy track and happy to report, no pain in the elbows. This item does what I needed it to do and it fit over my racing suit.

Hmmm
As a lacrosse coach, I recognize that there are a lot of different styles of elbow pads. The general size and shape of these pads seem ok. However, I’m not confident that the pad is dense enough to withstand a hard slash in a game. Most quality pads include some harder shell function to deflect these blows, but that’s not the case here. If you’re a player who wants a full soft shell, this might be an acceptable option.
