Broken product
The product was broken when I first opened it. Many pearls were lying loose in the box. I would like to return this product and ask for refund.

As soon as I lifted out the box all the pearls started falling out. I had about 3 left in the end. Bad quality.

The earring kept falling off my ear, the tightening screw didn’t work well, kept coming off. Didn’t serve the propose at all.
