I ordered this for my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. It works there just as well as the USB 3.0 adapter that I had been using, though it is much easier to disconnect so it should be easier on the ports. I also tried it on our two different models of Motorola phones. I also worked there though it stayed in the port a bit tighter. It got speeds similar to the windows tablet and as it did on our newer ASUS micro laptop.Installation was simple on Windows 10 and Android 10, just plug it in and wait a minute... but be sure to disconnect from your WiFi connection first. I prefer to use airplane mode (especially on the phones), that way you can be sure you are using the wired connection.As expected, it provided better latency times than WiFi and 4G/5G... so if you want to play games, this is a good purchase. At 10USD, it is a great value if you need it. I am rating it five stars as it works better than expected and it is what we needed. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...
