Not for neck pain
These would not stay stuck to neck, and didn't work.

Not sure I'd get these again. Not because they didn't do as they said but because I found them difficult to apply to lower back without wrinkling them. Maybe it was just me. They did feel cooling though.

dont bother
These do not stick to your knees if you want them for your knees. They do not stay in place unlike other similar patches. They do not get that cold and do not stay cold. I wont bother again with these patches.

Deep freeze patches are superior.
Disappointing, not very strong, pain relief effect doesn’t last either and the adhesive is rubbish. Had to secure them with surgical tape 😒. I use the Koolpak forehead strips regularly and they’re brilliant so I expected much better considering this is supposed to be the same thing but bigger. Just save yourself the hassle buy deep freeze patches instead.
