Solid hardcover diary book
Item arrived very quickly. The quality of this diary book is superb. The hardcover is solid and the print is vibrant and colorful. The pages are bonded very well so they won't fall apart from just flipping pages too much. Each page has date and weather printed on there, and the paper is nice and thick. Just be aware that here is no picture on the inside of the diary book if you are expecting cute picture on the pages.

A nice journal for a younger teen
My daughter is a girl who loves avocados so what could be more perfect than a journal/notebook with "Just a Girl Who Loves Avocados" on the cover? Plenty of things evidently, as she doesn't like it. "Sure, I love avocados, Dad," she said, "but I don't want to walk around with a journal that announces that."She agreed, however, that it is a nice notebook and that a younger teen ("someone who still shops at Justice") would really like it.Each page of the journal has a space for the date, a memo number (not sure what you would use this for), a checkbox for the day of the week, and a checkbox for the type of weather (e.g., sunny, party sunny, rainy). The pages themselves are rather thin, but still appropriate for a young teen. There is an attached fabric bookmark that you can use to mark your place. All in all, this is a nice journal for a younger person.

Great journal for a teen
As my niece often says, "Stitch is my spirit animal. Lots of love under all that chaos!" She recently started bullet journaling as a way to keep track of her homework, school activities, chores, personal thoughts, etc., and when I saw this I knew she would adore it. And adore it she does. Neither of us have seen a Stitch journal like this before, and this is from a girl who has more Stitch stuff than Disney. The cover is thick and protective of the paper inside. There's enough of an edge overhang to protect the edges of the pages inside from excessive wear. The paper is thicker than notebook paper, 120gsm compared to 80 gsm. It's much better for preventing ink or marker ghosting through to the back of the page. This journal has lines rather than dots or blank pages, so some may find it better for straight journaling rather than adding in charts or pictures or such. No elastic band is attached to keep this journal securely closed, which is slightly disappointing. There's no little elastic loop to keep a pen handy, either. A satin bookmark is attached for keeping place, but no pocket attached to either cover. There's not even a sheet of cute little stickers. Considering the price, I'm a little surprised. Unlike other journals, this one is downright basic. Just paper and a cover. The cover is super cute, but dang...I can't say a cute cover is worth the price of almost $20.Even though it's on the pricey side, this does make a good gift for fans. The blurb that comes on the back of some of the covers is kind of kitschy and will probably elicit eye rolls from teens (and a good number of adults), and I can see some using big stickers to cover it up. It would be nice to have these covers also offered without this wording. I know it sounds like I hate the sentiment, but I don't. It just isn't always appropriate for a recipient, you know? If making this a gift, adding in a matching character pen or markers, stickers, pen/pencil case, or other character-marked items is a thoughtful option. Like one of these character journals in that character's bag or backpack with that character's markers, pens, case, regular notebook, keychain, etc. It's not hard to find matching items for all of these characters. But in the end, my niece loves this journal. She has regular size notebooks with Stitch or Stitch and Lola on the front cover, but nothing like this. Though she loves this, she is sad to use it. There's no way to remove the cover and refill with new blank paper.

It’s a journal
Loved the Demon Slayer cover, buts it’s a shame they put one of the characters on the seam. It’s still great and useful.

Colors are odd
Maybe I got a bad one but the colors are a little off. Pooh is very yellow, not his usual yellow orange. I know the copyright was released or something so now anyone can print classic Winnie the Pooh on things. So I thought that meant he could be the same color, things didn't need to be tweaked anymore to avoid breaking copyright. So as I said maybe I got a bad one and the rest look ok.My 2 yr old could careless though, he thinks its Pooh and he loves it.Good sturdy binding, thick pages that only bleed through with permanent markers which is most things.

Exactly what I wanted
This was exactly what I wanted. I think any Stitch fan would love this notebook. It's cute and a great size. I would love to see more styles but this is perfect. I would recommend as a gift or a daily journal.
