Surprisingly simple and great product
Very easy to use and very adhesive. Even for an intermediate-level player like myself, it made a difference in my game. At first, I had them towards the top, and every ball was going out because of the extra power that I didn't need. When I placed them in the middle it somehow did extend my sweet spot and stopped the wiggly movement I used to get when I didn't hit the direct center of the paddle.

Easy way to improve your game
The look better than tape and can be repositioned with little effort. I positioned them to widen the sweet spot on one of my paddles and positioned them for more power on another. Worked well in both cases. I ended up with a hybrid position at 10 and 2 o’clock for both. Worth the money.

I bought a digital scale along with M1 Rated Calibrating WeightsThe 10 "3" gram adhesive strips came in between 3.0 and 3.65 gramsI haven't placed them on my paddle yet. I want to do at the courts for a quick comparison
