Great Product and Even Better Customer Support from this seller!
The product itself is lovely and sturdy even for heavier people like us. While it contained all that was needed it was a little tight fitting to put together but, overall it worked out wonderfully.However, I would really like to commend this seller for their proactive customer service. Indeed the listing mentioned that several packages were involved and may arrive at different times, that was the case for us. We ordered the six chair version and received 4 of the chairs early. With this information we waited for the additional delivery but when it didn't arrive by the end of the final day of expectation, I was going to email them to inquire. To my surprise and delight they sent a message to me first explaining that they were checking on the final package. Then sent a follow up the next day that they were reshipping because it seemed FedEx had lost the package with the table and final chairs. While I did respond for an updated tracking number, I feel that they simpy made a typo in their follow up and quickly responded with the new tracking updated. Our package arrived today and all is well. We're happy with the set and won't hesitate to order from them in the future if we have need.

Had some issues
Had to get two new chairs as wooden arm rest was detached, some of the holes didn’t line up properly. Company sent new ones but still was a pain.

El producto vino totalmente descompleto le faltan tornillo los tubos están jorobados la madera de la de los brazos de la silla están todos limados el producto se encuentra pésimo y le faltan piezas

I received the defective goods
I received everything damaged, boxes and merchandise, the seller promised to give a discount, replace the furniture and nothing happened

Miising objects
The product shows 7 piece , 1 table and 6 chairs. i just recieved 1 table and 2 chairs. Very dissapointed because i wanted to have a gathering.
