The rope sling is verg comfortable and much easier to carry than the traditional bookbag. Fits my 11 inch laptop, computer charger, my MDF stethoscope, many pens, penlights, medical shears, the matching toiletry bag, medicine, and more without feeling weighed down. Durable and water resistant!

I see no one else wrote a review so I will. I've had my original Kavu for about 4 years now. I use it on ALL hikes about 4 miles or less! It does tend to slide a little when scrambling up or down, but it easily holds 3 bottles of water, ice pak, first aid kit, phone tripod, solar phone charger, bear spray, and paranoid. I prefer this on shorter hikes.
