Great hoop

This item was so top heavy somebody had to hold it up while another filled the bottom with water. I also out an 80 lb block of Cement on it but after a few months it fell over (no wind) and bent the rim. The company does not have a customer service desk and does not offer replacement parts. I bought several universal rims but the dimensions on this rim/back board are awkward and nothing fits as a replacement. Warranty was only for 1 month, waste of money, going to have to buy a completely new one and scrap what's left of this.

I bought this for my 7 year old son's birthday. A bolt was missing that I had to get a new one to complete the assembly. Once together the hoop wouldn't lock in at either max height or minimum height. I could live with all that but not the rim breaking at factory welds within a month of purchase. There was no dunking and just small kids shooting normally, no misuse. Amazon customer service wanted 50$ to come pick it up and wouldn't provide any money back. I couldn't reach seller.I was contacted almost immediately after this post and my issue was delt with in the proper way. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service and their willingness to help.

Basketball hoop is A1. Perfect for family time and shooting around or playing a game. Easy to put together and has stand up through the winds and rain.

The description for this item said, “ thick steel that is suitable for long-term use.”Purchased 5 months ago and it’s rusting in multiple places. So badly, that the rim broke. I had to duck tape it and can’t find a replacement rim to fit the hoop. Going to have to buy a whole other basketball goal. Very frustrating!

Pretty easy to set up but the rim seems to be the weakest spot. The metal hooks holding the net on are starting to fall off. We have not had this set up for more than a couple days. It seems like the tack welds were weak. We have not dunked or hung on the net. IUpdate: I reached out and to the manufacturer and they were kind and very helpful they took care of me in a timely fashion and I have no issues whatsoever.

Bought as a Christmas gift and was very pleased with the function of the height changing capabilitiesrolls easy if it has to be moved, added water to the base to make it stable, the kids as well as the adults are having a blast with it.would definitely buy again

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son and he only used it for 3 months before the rim broke off and the support rods rusted. Terrible waste of money because there is no customer service to even contact!!!
