I bought this item back in October, but just got around to using it in February. I was very disappointed, and had I used it back in October or November, within the return time-frame, I definitely would have returned it. It's quite pricey - compared to most polish removers - so I expected it to be something miraculous; it was not. The packaging is lovely, and the smell is okay (better than regular remover, but has an "old lady" smell) but it takes A LOT of elbow grease to get the polish to budge, even after soaking my nails much longer than the recommended 10-20 seconds. I definitely will not be purchasing this item again.

This is a great nail remover. It is very mild on the nails and don’t dry them out.

Fantastic product. It doesn't seem to strip my nails or leave them dry and has zero toxic smell. I have gotten so many of my family and friends onto this product and everyone loves it.

Very gentle and effective remover. Actually leaves nail surface and cuticle looking better! Glass, not plastic, bottle and nice rose scent, too.

It smells nicer than most polish removers. It's definitely less drying than others. But I've never had to put so much work into removing polish. Even when I had Ten Over Ten base and top coat with Zoya polish, I bet it took at least 20 minutes to get all the polish off my toes. I would not recommend this.

On one hand, this nail polish remover had a pleasant scent. I liked that it was acetone-free and toxic-free. It was easy to use, but it did take a bit longer to get my nail polish cleaned up. On the other hand, neither my skin nor my nails felt moisturized. My skin felt rather dry and stripped. For some reason, the bottle cap did not thread well on the bottle, so it leaked when I laid it sideways. It also had this hissing sound when opening.

I deeply regret purchasing this product. Normally, I would have my nails done at the salon and have them remove polish, but I bought this product a & tried it, disappointed but kept it after I first used it. It didn't seem to take the polish off. So I tried it again and decided just to throw it away finally. My .99 bottle of cheap store bought remover did the job. Don't waste your money!
