Q: Hi - What is the inner diameter or outer diameter of the included drain hose? Looking to purchase a longer drain hose.

I have not measured it but is a normal plastic hose 1/4" diameter and I think 50 cm long. You can replace easily for a longer one.

Q: Does it just drain automatically when its full? Gravity fed?

It either drains into a tub in the bottom or it comes with a 90 degree plastic elbow and a 2 foot hose you can attach for constant drainage out the hose.

Q: I have pulled the red tab for the remote battery, but it still doesn't work? Any other suggestions?

I've found that I have to be within 2-3 feet of the dehumidifier for the remote to work. My recliner is in a direct line from mine, about 5 feet away. The remote won't work from that distance! It's really weird, I think.

Q: What is the accepted voltage on the this bcjj dehumidifiers? is it 110v to 220v?

I am a US based customer. The room dehumidifier is for standard plug-in-the-wall 110 voltage.
