The 12" Santa Doll is SAD!
When I opened it and saw the "Santa" I almost cried...he was so sad & pathetic. I love me some Santa Clauses but this guy looked like he'd come from the bargain bin of a $$ tree after Xmas. Also, he is much smaller than anticipated I doubt if he could be seen from the city street - but because he is so sad looking, maybe that would be the way he would want it!! Icing on the Xmas cookie? I couldn't get my lights to work... I figured it was a sign from the Santa Gods to send this back- nobly conceived, very poorly executed.

Very cute but glad I bought it on a deal because the Santa is super small and you can't see it from a distance.

Defective
After three days in the sun, the top 2 rungs on the ladder lit up!

Super disappointed
The ladder is really cute. I love the red and white lights but in the dark that’s all you see is a lit up ladder. The Santa is maybe 10 inches and not lit so in the dark all you see is a lit ladder. I was shocked at how small Santa is. I want to return it but my husband is buying a new Santa for it.

Don't waste your money
This thing is not worth the money and yea now it is outside the return window. It will charge all day in the sun stay on for 10 min and shut off. The colors are nice but pointless if it doesn't stay in. The Santa is so small tou can hardly see him from the side walk. Easy install though. But it doesn't stay on.
