Really works! Clean adaptogen supplement without fillers/additives
Great product. Felt the effect several days later.Update 8/16/18: So I've been taking this supplement for almost 2 months and purchase it for my parents as well. Dad has alzheimer's and was constantly anxious. After 2 weeks of taking this, he is no longer anxious and can seat hours playing solitaire without bothering anyone or not knowing what to do with himself. Mum had a hard time sleeping and tells me she falls asleep quicker and stays asleep longer. For me it has helped me focus and stay focused. I also feel more rested in the morning. This product is clean with no added junk. I'm really impressed!

Great ingredients for a great price.
Recommended based on my bloodwork by my chiropractor. Tried this brand because it has all the ingredients I needed and at a decent amount per tablet. Really pleased with this brand overall. Hoping time will show results.

Noticable benefits after one pill, best sleep I've had in years
I have had difficulty sleeping my entire life. I've tried melatonin and prescription sleep aids, nothing works. Lately I'm up 3 or 4 times a night to pee, I'm tired every morning and exhausted my 8pm. I also am having weight issues and am unable to lose weight even following all the rules. I recently had a cortisol test, turns out my levels are high and some of the ingredients in this we're suggested as a natural way to reduce cortisol levels. This was delivered in the evening, so I took one about an hour before bed. First night in probably a year I didn't wake up to pee. The next night I woke up at 6:15am which is right before my alarm goes off. I've used it 3 days and all 3 nights I've not had to get up and sleep through most of the night. This is huge for me!!! HUGE! I usually sleep 4hrs and spend half the night awake, I'm so amazed this worked instantly. I don't know for sure what ingredients are helping with my sleep, but I imagine it's effectively reducing cortisol allowing my body to relax and unwind. I'm buying another bottle today for my 91yr old grandfather who has the same struggles.I once read regarding supplements, 'if you take a supplement and don't notice a difference then you don't need it. Only take things that you can tell help'. I try to live by this so I don't waste money. This is one I plan to continue taking!!!
