not well designed
It's as if the manufacturer never bothered to actually use this ironing board. Why? I placed my iron on the narrow end, as I have done for decades and, to my surprise, the ironing board tipped over. Also, the cover has so much friction that, as I tried to slide a polo shirt around, it wobbled so badly that the iron fell to the ground. Avoid this poorly designed product.

Shorter (length) and easily tips at the front of board when ironing
I'd give it a 31/2 stars if I could. I love the width of it and the grippers on the legs. What I found is that it is shorter in length than my usual irons. That's my fault for not measuring. What I have an issue with is the way it folds out (where the legs stop at fully open) there is no support at the front of the ironing board, so when I am ironing something at the tip of board, I have to hold it steady or the entire board falls forward. I should have gone with my usual cheaper irons from the big box stores.
