Irish SetterVaprTrek, Men’s, 8", Waterproof, Hunting Boot

Got these last year for hunting season. Didn’t take much and they were broke in perfect. I can go all day and no problems or soreness. The only thing is they are a bit tight getting your foot in. The throat isn’t super wide, so takes a little tug to get on. But I do have a thick instep. Overall, love these boots. I give 9 out of 10.

This is my second pair of Irish Setter’s. First pair were Snake boots. This pair fits the same. Meaning tight around the ankle. I am female purchased size 10 men’s boot. Not wide. They will break in perfect after a hikes in the woods. Very Light Weight!! Made well. I purchased them for Hunting White Tail Deer this fall. Very nice neutral camo color.

I normally wear 11 1/2 normal width. I ordered 12 double X wide and these shoes are still too small. And very narrow. It’s too bad because they are awesome. I wish they fit me. If you have wide feet, I do not recommend.

My husband has a lawn care business. Finding good quality, waterproof, comfortable boots is always a challenge. These boots ring all the bells.

I was really excited about these boots but after a weekend and a few miles in the field with extreme uncomfortable I’m going at attempt to return. There are two design flaws as shown in the photos.1. Narrowest part of the boot is at the widest part of your foot and it definitely feels that way when walking. This is why a lot of reviews say order a 12 wide2. The material between tongue and upper binds in your ankle/leg. Again, level of uncomfort was high after just a mile or two.Were these actually worn by anyone after being designed? Poor design, I’ll be looking for another brand unfortunately.

I am fairly picky when it comes to hunting boots. I don't like big and bulky boots. I like to move around when I hunt so I want something light, but also comfortable and waterproof. I have worn these in Michigan for whitetail hunting and also in Kodiak brown bear hunting and this product gets a 5* in all areas of comfort, durability, and waterproof ability.

This is a great boot I’ve had them for almost a month now. but not sure if I’ve gotten a defective boot. My right boot when worn, my toes are extremely painful after an 8 hour day in them but a couple of hours are tolerated. The left boot is fine and fits as normal. Wish their was a way to get my money back or maybe another different pair. I don’t write reviews often but just want people to be aware. Maybe wear them around the house for the day a see. Good luck everyone hope you don’t get the least expected pair I got.

What can I say theirs is not one ounce of leather anything on these boots .they are made of mostly plastic. Spend your money on something else they are not what you think !

Comfy to wear. But not at all waterproof. I get wet feet everyday
