at first i like the item - it does the job, have a camera, you can record your voice and it will play the your voice when feeding. you can monitor your pet when eating or whenever it's in front of camera.cons for why it got only 4 stars:1. whenever a cat is eating, we know they push the food and they always eat what's on center. design of the sloping from the food dispenser to the bowl clogs the entrance - which for other brands prevents this. this has a shallow slope.2. the pet feeder isn't elevated. saw a brand that can be elevated. but you can DIY this. an elevated feeder makes it less for injuries in future3. doesn't have sensor - what's the use of the monitoring if the camera needs to record manually.pros:1. does the job and convenient feeder, just be careful not to over dispense or adjust your ration accordingly as this model easily clogs the dispenser entrance.2. pic here shows a plastic feeding bowl - but it's aluminum. hopefully it doesn't make my cat allergic in future.

It is good machine but the plate always lose not fitted good in place even if you try it will come out, need improvement

I cant download the PetZEro App maybe because it’s restricted in uae 🇦🇪 the QR code in the manual are not working.The machine looks nice but the problem is I cant use the app 🥺
