I bought this to make my dog more interested in his food as after surgery he wasn't as excited to be eating anymore. I was slightly leery of a canned food because last time I fed him canned food his farts were horrible and it gave him diarrhea. This food however hasn't bothered him at all, no stinky farts and his poops are great! And he looooves eating it mixed in with his kibble :)

I bought this for my picky eater puppy and he approves. My cat also likes it! Win all around.

We have 3 dogs and I was concerned about the food we were feeding them . Read an article about the best canned foods to feed your dogs and Wellness rated right along with Paul Newman's brand. I ordered a case of the beef and one case of the chicken. The dogs absolutely love it. The one thing I must mention is that this particular food is meant as a supplement, not for regular feeding (read the information about the product), so we use this in addition to their regular food. The high percentage of beef is apparently too rich to be fed to them as their only food. Because of that we tried the wellness regular dog food and the varities of stew for dogs. They love those as well.. Our vet said wellness is a great choice but she does not routinely recommend it because it is pricier than other brands. It is higher in price than what we previously used, however if you use it in conjunction with "homemade" food, it goes further and you will feel better about what you dogs are eating.Before purchasing, I checked other web sites and our local pet store-------------Amazon had the best price!! Having it delivered to our door is another plus for me. We are considering signing up for the automatic deliveries!.

The product looks ok but every can is dented in the flat. For premium price they should not sell dented cans. I’ve only purchased once from this seller so I’m not sure if all their flats are damaged.

Food has globs of fatty, mucus looking things. Gross.
