DK Top 10 Barcelona (Pocket Travel Guide)

On our recent trip to Spain, we made a lot of use of these DK Top 10 books. Beside just listing the standard tourist top 10 lists, these listed top tens and so many categories that suggested new ideas of things to explore and experience. Parks, food, museums, freebies, quirky favorites. Great basic background and helpful maps. Made our visits to Madrid and Barcelona even more enjoyable.

We like the concise information in these books and also the enclosed map that is handy to travel with.

I’ve been using these for the past 20 years. Yes, I know that most of the info is available on the internet however when traveling internationally that’s not always available. I like that I can pull this book out of me pocket and have instant access to maps and other info.

Well written & full of great info

I brought this for my parents who where going for a mini break away to Spain and they found it to be really useful. If going for longer than a weekend or a week then a big guide to understand it would be useful to have as well. This is a really good pocket guide and I would recommend it to anyone. It is a lot easier to carry around than a big guide and contains top 10 lists of everything in Baracalona.

I bought this book for an upcoming cruise. I love that it is small enough to take with me and comes with a waterproof map. I own several of the DK eyewitness books and would recommend them to anyone looking for a compact book that you can take with you. The book goes into great detail and really contains everything you need to know about your destination.

Good, handy travel guide with maps. Good facts, point of interests, definitely recommend!

Many places were visited in Barcelona. There was adequate information on the places visited. Also a useful street map included with the pocket booklet.
