Looks good, easy to work with
I used these to give some privacy on a metal fence. They were pretty easy to install. There are pegs and holes to attach each panel to each other, check that you lines those up correctly as you add new pieces and before you snap in. Undoing the snaps is a little bit hard. We got black zip ties to use around the edges where we strapped it to our black gate , the bright green zip ties work fine in the middle but would have stood out on the edge where they wrap the metal bar. We also bought some longer black zip ties for use on some of the thicker poles, as the supplied zip ties would not have been long enough. This plastic backing was easy to cut where the gate ended and we needed shorter pieces. We wrapped both sides of the fence so you wouldn’t see the backing, it definitely looks better, as with just one panel it is a little bit more see through than I would have liked. It did take a little longer than I expected to install, gate was 13’ long, took me and my son about 5 hours to secure to the gate.

Looks great
Looks great and set up was easy. Would be nice if the color of the zip ties wasn't such a lime green.

Affordable way to create a custom privacy fence
I purchased enough of these 20"x20" tiles to construct a 8' x 65' line of artificial privacy fence, to run along my fence line around two sides of my backyard pool (see photo). Since this "fence" extends above my actual fence line by 20 inches, my measurement also includes a row of the hedge tiles facing outward toward my neighbors (wrapped over the top, backing up to the tiles facing inward), so it looks much more pleasant to them (less chance for complaints).I hired a general lawn/handyman crew to assemble/paint/weld a rebar frame (free-standing from my fence) and hang the sheets of hedge tiles off that frame, zip-tying them to secure. Also, I had them insert a single layer of black anti-weed garden fabric behind the titles, just to give additional opacity to the privacy wall.Materials + labor cost for the whole job was around $3500 (with some trial-and-error mistake fix cost), which is less than half the quote I had from a landscaping company to install a proprietary "fake hedge" fence wall like this. The unassembled tiles (24 pieces or 12 pieces count) are *much* cheaper per square foot than buying the already assembled sheets. Do the math for your own desired area. It *was* pretty annoying (and painful to our fingers) to assemble almost 200 of these tiles by snapping them together. But we managed it with about 6 total hours of effort over the course of a couple of days, so that was well worth the thousands of dollars saved.Only other downside of ordering the individual tiles is, they come shipped stacked *very tightly* on top of each other, flattening them out quite a bit. When you then snap tiles side by side into sheets, at the edges, the overhanging parts of the plastic hedge kind of bunch up against each other, and push visibly outward, producing a raised visual effect that looks like a big geometric "grid" on your wall. It took about 4 weeks (with wind/rain elements in the mix) for the hedges to sort of even out to where there's not much grid pattern showing anymore. Not a deal breaker, but was fairly annoying after all that effort. The privacy fence has been installed for almost 2 months now, and it's holding up great, no issues with the durability (falling apart, fading in sun, etc) of the fake hedges at all, so far. The only durability issue we had was with our rebar frame not initially being built strong enough to withstand the wind, so make sure you're careful about where and how you install these tiles!

Love the boxwood look! Would buy again.

More realistic than I thought it would be.
Fairly easy to install. I recco getting a roll vs squares that you’d have to connect.
