Good vertical mouse
I've been using a vertical mouse for a long time now. I do 3D design for 3D printing and will sometimes spend multiple hours using a mouse. I found that a normal mouse was beginning to cause me wrist pain so I switched. This mouse is very comfortable and easy to use. I love that it is bluetooth so I don't need to plug a dongle in that can be lost or catch on my bag when traveling. It quickly connects to my computer, and goes to sleep after a period of non-use to save battery.Another great feature is that it uses a standard AA battery. These last a LOT longer than built in rechargeable batteries, and they are everywhere so I don't have to worry about my mouse dying at an unexpected time. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the buttons are not the silent click type. They make the typical audible click that any normal mouse does. It did not advertise that it was silent, so I can't fault it or deduct any stars, it's simply that I wish this model had silent buttons.Overall I'm very happy with this and highly recommend it.

Awesome mouse
This is a really nice, comfortable to use mouse. It has been really reliable and has held up over the course of its use. It has a really long battery life, and also many features, like a back button, scroll wheel, and Bluetooth capability. I have become used to using these ergonomic mice, and this one is really great.

It’s alright
I like it, but unfortunately my tendinitis still hurts with clicking so much.

Improved My Quality of Life
When I got carpel tunnel in my wrist and had tried everything else, I decided to give this mouse a try. It takes a while to get used to. It took me about an hour to adapt for desktop use. When I switched to games, particularly FPS type games, it felt awkward at first, but after half an hour I was using it competently. The mouse is well made; it’s very similar to the more expensive models. It has regular two mouse buttons you activate with your main fingers plus back and forwards buttons you can do with your thumb. A button on top adjusts DPI which is how detailed the motion tracking is, and affects how fast and far you move the mouse relative to the mouse pointer on the screen. The main thing is the vertical mouse hand position. It is a more natural position that takes a little time to get used to, but helps immensely if you suffer from carpal tunnel wrist pain from too much mouse clicking. It gives your wrist and tendons a chance to be more relaxed and recuperate. The only real downside is if you have a keyboard tray on which you like to put your mouse. The mouse is too tall to slide under the desk; it takes some time to train yourself to not knock your mouse on the floor every time you shut down your computer. It improved my quality of life.

Ergonomic & feature-rich
My job involves long hours on the PC and while I use the keyboard more, the ergonomic mouse helps too especially with reducing wrist fatigue. What I like:*The mouse comes with a variety of features including minimizing / maximizing windows, auto power saver mode, multi-connect modes incl bluetooth, wifi*Longer advertised battery life of 1 year than other options (needs to be tested)*Ergonomy offered as outlinedWhat could be improved*It takes some time to get used to from regular mouse (I am still getting there)*While general navigation seems ok, making precise movements to navigate to specific screen points is a little challenging. Perhaps will improve with time.*packing this in a laptop bag for traveling may pose a small challenge given the size/shapeOverall, definitely worth a shot (especially for people with wrist / arm fatigue) at the current price ($25 and a coupon for $10)

Why Doesn't somebody make a mouse for a large hand?
I was hoping this was going to be the answer to my large hand but it's not. None of the buttons are in the right place for my hand. Just not large enough to be comfortable in my hand.

Takes some getting used to
I spend 40-45+ hours on a computer per week so I've been forcing myself to make some more ergonomic choices. This is a really nice vertical mouse. It feels comfortable (once you're used to it), works well, has nice DPI settings, and I love the 3 connectivity options. The only caveat, as I've hinted at, is that it takes some getting used to. Before you use a vertical mouse, make sure you do some research about how you're supposed to properly use one. It can feel kind of exhausting until you're used to it, but once you are it can feel super comfortable.
