Decided to use as a display for the kids showcasing dinner for the night. It comes with the markers to use and is equipped with power buttons to change colors or flashing pattern. You cant help but to look at it. The piece you write on is glass so I wouldn't suggest using it as an art board for kids, but better a display board to really showcase your message. It's a great display sign. May also work great in the classroom as a display for upcoming assignments or extra credit.

It would have been a perfect gift for my daughter to place on her desk at work, but it came with sooo many scratches on the area where you write.

This is cute and fun especially for my grandson! He likes to write his newly learned letters and numbers and draw pictures and the fact that it lights up is pretty awesome and makes for some pretty pictures. My only complaint about it is that the acrylic or plexiglass seems to be scratched but not on the outside as I have cleaned it with every type of cleaner and when holding it up to a normal light it looks perfect, not a nick or scratch on it, but when it is inserted into the wood frame and the light shines up through it from the bottom it shows many imperfections in it, scratches, and markings that must have been marked into the acrylic when it was made, as if two pieces were stuck together without having been cleaned first. So when you write something on the acrylic and the light is on shining up through it, it is not clear and as if looking through a clean window but has many marks all over it which detracts for the whole thing a bit. Thus the 4 stars.

I ordered this because I thought. it would look nice in my classroom. I can write special dates like birthdays, graduation dates, etc. It is acrylic so it won't break if dropped. The frame is lightweight and there are two metal rods that screw into the back to stabilize it. There are several different LED light colors within the frame. It comes with dry erase markers and the colors really do look so beautiful and vibrant once the frame is on. The only issue is that you can see every speck of dust on it. I'm not sure what you can do about that, but once you put enough writing or drawings on the acrylic, you it's not that distracting.This is great for home too; shopping list, reminders or just to tell someone you love them in a fun way. It's unique, would make a nice gift for a kid, mom or a teacher. It would also be nice for a teen's room or for a dorm room.

Broke instantly at the joint when trying to use for the first time. I returned. I probably could’ve just glued it together myself with strong glue but I couldn’t find glue so I purchased it elsewhere

Despite having the plastic covering both of them can scratched. Customer service was great about replacing quickly. The second one was better but still not without scratches.

I ordered this for my grandson when he visits. He loves to draw on a white board and thought he might enjoy drawing on this and then lighting it up. He loves it. I had looked at some of the drawing tablets but of all I looked at, you could not designate a color for a particular design. So when I came across this I knew he would enjoy using it.

I got this for my desk and will definitely be purchasing more for my kids' teachers!
