Good addition to kitchen gudget
We have been used to making frozen french fries and home made in the oven which does an ok job but this air fryer is much nicer and quicker to use. This was very easy to use. You just set the temperature and timer. Preheat for 5 minute and starts cooking right away. It cooks evenly and crispy. I am really impressed with the results. We are having so much fun with it that we keep digging thru the freezer looking for more things to try in it. And the results with everything we have tried have been great!. We tried frozen onion rings as well and they turned out excellent. The Fryer is super easy to use and clean. I am looking forward to trying it out for other things and trying out some of the recipes included. This is really good move toward less oil and leave healthy.

Get One, but maybe not this one
I use this every day. It's my first air fryer. I love it. This is the kitchen appliance I always wanted. It's basically the convenience of a microwave but with less cleanup and it actually is used for cooking food instead of just heating up leftovers. I would buy this again, and highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen.EDIT: I lowered this to 3 stars from 5 stars, cause I haven't owned it very long and the non-stick coating on both the fry basket and drawer underneath it has started peeling off. Sad, because otherwise I absolutely love this device. I'll definitely get another air fryer, but wouldn't buy this one again because I know I treated it gentle and yet the non-stick coating is still coming off.

Recipe book virtually useless, but I got the gist. I have made couple different french fries. I like it and it cleans it easy, it’s a huge apparatus so I store it in the closet

fire danger!
Bought this airfryer on January 18, 2018. Used it about once a week average. Cooking some tots tonight and the heating element blew out.Unfortunately the airfryer did not come with any manufacturer warranty or return information. Not even any contact information.
