Missing parts - read edit below
Ordered this item and when the first shipment came it was missing all the attachment heads and extension tubes. Sent it back and the replacement one sent also was missing everything again. Not sure if there's a second box that needs to come with this or what as the one it comes in is fairly small to fit everything it says it supposed to have.Edit: Seller reached out to me personally to fix the situation which I learned was not their fault. I received the item with all the parts very quickly free of charge. Pump works great and I am very satisfied with this companies high level of customer service and taking care of me. Highly recommend this product and business. 👍

Had high hopes
The pump is very small and I’m not sure this pump could move the amount of water claimed. But I never tested it. As it was missing half the parts it was returned.

Perfect.
The sound of water next to the screen in porch is amazing. Installation; 22” flower pot leveled.Small piece of plastic and marine glue to plug the drain hole in the pot (water ready in minutes). 3 bags of river rocks. And the rest is history. Ahhhhh I have some enjoyment to enjoy, bye!

Works well enough
It works well enough. The materials aren't just top notch but not the worst I've seen. The lights are kinda cute, but I'd bet they won't last

Nice upgrade
The media could not be loaded. I'm very happy with this item. It's a nice upgrade to my phone. It's quite old and the LEDs on top have been blown out for quite a while. This one has the phone and lights attached to it which is an awesome design and made for an easy installation. The pump is quite powerful and I had to put an additional valve on it to slow it down even more. The pump does have a way to turn it up or down but even with that being said at the lowest setting it was still too strong which is why I added the valve. I do wish that there was a way to be able to turn off the LEDs during the day but unfortunately, if you have it plugged in the pump and lights are turned on when they have power I am quite happy with this setup here and recommend it.

CLEAR DIRECTIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL
WOULD BE NICE IF COMPANIES WOULD GIVE CLEAR DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO ASSEMBLE INSTEAD OF CRAPPY, POOR PICTURES AND NOT SO CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS!

Non-usable product
The long tubes are missing. 4 parts are missing - on both the original order and the replacement one of your employees sent. Lewisia wrote me and said they were going to send it to me, but didn’t.

Beautiful in a koi pond
Easy to assembly and works very well for a small koi pond. Love it!
